Excavating and Grading Services
McCoy's Property Services provides excavation services to residential and commercial customers. We have worked with homeowners on smaller projects like removing an old cement walkway to working with municipalities.
Additional Services
We also offer additional services, for example, excavating for an in-ground pool or maintaining a pond. Our biggest specialization is grading work. We use skid loaders, excavators, dump trucks with lots of specialized attachments, which help us be quick and efficient at our job. Our advanced technology and machinery reduce the cost and time taken to finish the project. Our jobs vary between one-day jobs to one to two-week jobs.
Stone Driveways
After a hard winter, many people find potholes or uneven gravel driveways. We take care of that to ensure a properly level-graded area. This will also take care of any water that may be pooling in the area, causing more damage.
